Library

Our school Library is open to children in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime between 1:00pm-1:30PM.

It has been a huge success and the children are very excited to see what activities are on offer that week.

Some of the activities we offer include:

• Book Buffet
• What's in the Box
• Author Days
• Team Challenges

Each week's activities are themed so the children have a good understanding of how reading for pleasure can be achieved through a variety of ways.

Things to look forward to in the coming weeks:

• Author Week - Michael Morpurgo
• Chinese New Year Week
• Storytelling Week -  Children from our Infant Department are invited to share a book with an older child

The children who attend are beginning to understand how to use our Library and have respect for all our books.
